The Creole Cottage is designed as a carriage house, but with a surprisingly spacious feeling. A superb architectural design leaves our guest with the feel of a true cottage where there is plenty of living space. The unique features of this home are an open living/dining area with a traditional full staircase to the loft, which allows all age groups to easily access the loft and its living area safely.  This design sets the Creole Cottage apart from other carriage houses at Rosemary Beach which have a ladder, spiral staircase, or alternating staircase to access the loft.

It is constructed of the finest materials, attractively decorated, and has 745 square feet of living area. It features a double garage on the first floor with an outdoor shower.

The second floor features a wrap around balcony, a living/dining area with a queen sofa sleeper, a table with 6 chairs, an entertainment center with TV/VCR/Stereo/CD, kitchen with professional appliances, and bathroom with laundry area. Free cable fast internet available via ethernet cable.

A traditional staircase leads to the third floor loft which has a queen bed, arm chair, and TV/Nintendo 64 with dual headphones to operate quietly from the main living area.

The house also has some books, videos, and games.
