The Creole Plantation is a spacious 4 plus bedroom home with 5 bathrooms and has 3000 square feet of living area. The gulf breezes can be enjoyed on the first and second level porches which provide an extra 1248 square feet of outdoor living area.  It is a gulf side home with limited gulf views from the third floor.

The first floor has two master suites with queen beds and private bathrooms. There is a third bedroom with a queen bed which has its own bathroom across the hallway. There is a foyer, hallway, laundry area, and interior stairwell on the first floor. Outside, there are porches on the west and north sides, an exterior stairwell to the second floor, and a private outdoor shower with storage area for beach items.  

The second floor has an open living and dining area with an entertainment center. There are five French doors that face the porches on the west and north sides of the home. A gourmet kitchen opens to the living/dining area and has professional appliances including 2 dishwashers, 48" Gas Viking Stove with convection oven, and large 48" Subzero Refrigerator with freezer.  There is a private bedroom that overlooks the garden with a bathroom across the hallway. The third floor is a bonus living area with limited gulf views.  There are two Queen sleeper sofas, and several comfortable chairs. There is a private alcove which has a twin bed with a twin trundle.  There is also a bathroom with a shower.
