Driving Directions
Rosemary Beach is located at the eastern end of County Road 30A in Walton County, Florida, 1/4 mile west of the junction of Highway 98 and County Road 30A. If traveling on Interstate 10, exit at County Road 331 at Defuniak Springs/Freeport Exit in Florida, and follow the signs south to US Highway 98. Turn left onto US 98, continue approximately 10 to 12 miles to Inlet Beach and turn right on County Road 30A at a traffic light. When you enter the Rosemary Beach Development, turn left at the first stop sign onto East Water Street. After you pass 3 houses and reach a stop sign, turn left onto Round Road. The Plantation address is 171 Round Rd and the Carriage house address is 9B Saint George's Lane. The front of the Plantation house faces Round Road and has a slate sign on the first floor porch that says 171 Creole Plantation. The houses sit on the corner, with Abaco Lane to the North, Round Road to the West, and Saint George's Lane to the South. Airports
We recommend using the Panama City Airport. The airport is serviced by Delta (Atlantic Southeast Airlines), USAir Express, and Northwest Airlink. The Panama City Airport is about 30 miles from the Creole Cottage and Plantation. This is the recommended airport which is closest and easiest to arrive in Rosemary Beach.
Directions
Go South on Airport Road/County Road 391 toward West 31street. Turn right onto FL 390/West Andrews Blvd. Turn right onto West 23rd Street which is FL 368/FL 390 ALT. 23rd street will dead end into Hwy 98. Gulf Coast Community College will be on the right hand side. Turn right onto Hwy 98 and head west. You will go over the Phillips Bridge then come to a traffic light. Hwy 98 will split. You need to bear right and stay on Hwy 98 and go toward Destin. After you get through Panama City Beach, you will see Winn Dixie on the left, Publix on the right, Carillon Beach on the left, then cross a bridge (Lake Powell), then be into Inlet Beach. When leaving Inlet Beach, you will stop at a traffic light. There will be a convenient store and gas station on the left. Turn left onto Hwy 30A (Country Road 30A) and follow directions to get to the Creole Plantation and Cottage.
